The Menu
Starter: Bread rolls and lime butter. Salad w/ mixed greens, jicama, pan-fried strips, grape tomatoes and mango slices. Served with a curry raisin vinaigrette and ranch dressing (on the side)
Main Course: Zanzibar pilau, vichy carrots and chopped parsely, polenta coins, chicken tikka, tilapia fillet with banana curry sauce.
Dessert: Black Forest cake, white chocolate and chai.
